D-Design is an engineering and design group dedicated to providing architectural services in design, management and construction processes, by incorporating energy efficient and environmentally friendly design approach. Our group has a strong expertise in resolving complex challenges in sustainable built environment domain. We are concerned with the physical context of a project and sensitive to the culture and climate of the place. We believe that our surrounding directly influences the quality of our lives, and it is our responsibility to use it consciously. Our approach is that routine procedures in planning and designing process do not improve our living environment – each problem is unique and it requires a unique solution.

We always commit a dedicated team of professionals to each project. Whether it is a conceptual design or a construction document for a new school, shopping mall, hotel, bank, or interior design project, our process relies on open lines of communication between the project team and clients.

For the past decades our office has completed planning and design projects for many clients – townships, state-owned and private enterprises, institutions and individuals. Since 1993 we have entered the global market. Our international collaboration resulted with several highly successful projects in Africa and Russia.

D-Design offers a complete range of architectural, planning and interior design services with integrated sustainable design solutions. In our projects we create an aesthetic experience that affirms and further inspires environmental protection approach. Our design excellence was confirmed with several national awards and press releases.

Throughout the past 20 years of our national and international background, our experienced staff of architects and engineers has worked on projects of all sizes and all market sectors. However, for the XXL scale projects D-Design has established several strong collaborations with internationally recognized integrated building design consultants.
